Lightning Strike
Lightning struck a pole near our house last month and it severely damaged our electrical appliances. It messed up the entire wiring system of our house. It was a financial nightmare! But more than that, I was so worried about how dangerous it was for my family.
It took National Damage Appraisers 15 days to check the damages and make a report about it. They also helped me apply for a claim and they kept in close contact with me until the money was finally wired to my account.
Thanks to them, my family and I can sleep better now. So happy and contented with their service.
Weight of Ice and Snow
The weight of the ice and snow that accumulated overnight damaged our roof pretty badly, especially the part that’s over our bedroom. It just gave way completely. People from National Damage Appraisers came over to check the damages and look over our coverage policy. Turns out, not only were we covered for the broken roof, but we were also covered for the damages it did to the bedroom!
They were so professional and really nice too. They patiently explained everything to us as they went about their business. They even helped us understand the terms and conditions of our policy more than we did before. People like that are hard to find in businesses these days. Good job!
Uncontrollable Home Fire
A massive fire recently broke out and completely destroyed our home. All we had left was the basement. Went through the biggest mental breakdowns!! Thank God for National Damage Appraisers, these people just expertly handled our case like the pros that they are.
They quickly responded to our application and met with us a few days after. Their team sat down with us and patiently walked us through the process. They drafted out the damages in detail and I mean they didn’t leave anything out, not even the smallest scratch! They just kept working on it until we had a foolproof report on our hands and we were all set to file for a claim. I mean they just stayed with us every step of the way. Liked their Drone Services
I was looking for drone services for my new offices ‘cause I wanted to come up with THE best descriptions for my office buildings so I can rent them out. PLUS needed it done immediately, I wanted them filled by the end of 6 months.
A friend of mine strongly recommended National Damage Appraisers so I gave them a shot. They were really prompt with their reply, met with me 3 days after my application. Within that same week after we sealed the deal, their drones were already up and flying over my buildings. Talk about snappy service! They took a lot of photos of the buildings and the neighboring areas and I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they even captured very small but important details like plug points and drainage pipes.
I used all of their photos in a video report that I showed to potential buyers to support the building documents we go through while discussing the contract. And let me tell you, even the buyers were really impressed! AND on top of that, I now have a clear record of the state of the property before I handed it over to them. How’s that for hitting two birds with one stone?? Will definitely hire National Damage Appraisers again for projects!!
Loss Due to Exposure to Fire in Building
I’m writing this on behalf of my apartment mates. We just wanted to thank the teams from CPDA who helped us recover from the losses we suffered because of the apartment fire.
